I have a life long love of animals. Today and throughout my youth, my pets were my best friends. Later, I became fascinated with back yard creatures and zoo animals. As I sat down to create this line, I remembered the childhood experiences of trying to recapture with my crayons the animals I had seen. I used geometric shapes for their bodies and friendly faces were always a must. Anodized aluminum is the perfect medium to reflect the bright colors of these childhood drawings.
