My Studio

Let's Make A Pony!

First, I start with a piece of Anodized Aluminum I hand dye myself.

Next, I cut out all the pony parts using my own dies and a press.

Then, I grind every piece to make it smooth on the edges.

Next, I drill all the holes the pony will need.

Then, I hammer each piece to give it a pleasing curve.

Next, I assemble the pieces and with beads and wire I give the pony his eye, mane and tail.

Then, I glue on a superior quality pin and a signed and dated cover.

Here he is! Finished and ready to wear!

"Can we eat now, Mom?"
